Privacy Policy
Effective Date: December 8, 2025
RedCell Social is owned and operated by Gnomic Consultants LLC (Address: 1111b South Governors Ave, STE 52987, Dover, Delaware 19904).
At RedCell Social ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. RedCell Social is a human-driven platform designed to facilitate authentic, compliant X/Twitter (formerly Twitter) campaign management, enabling communities, activists, NGOs, ethical brands, and individuals to coordinate real human engagement without bots, automation, or violations of platform terms of service ("ToS"). We operate in full compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), and we prioritize transparency, security, and user control.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use our website (redcell.social), web portal, Android app, or related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website and, where required, by direct communication (for example, email or in-app notification). Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, improve, and secure our Services. We limit collection to what is necessary for our human-driven, compliant operations.
1.1 Personal Information You Provide
- Account Registration and Authentication: When you sign up or sign in using your X/Twitter account, we receive basic profile information via secure OAuth authentication, such as your X/Twitter username, handle, profile picture, and public bio. We do not store your X/Twitter password or access tokens that allow us to post on your behalf—authentication is handled directly by X/Twitter to ensure compliance with their ToS.
- Campaign Participation: As a campaign manager or campaigner, you may provide or generate content such as task descriptions, suggested messages, talking points, or engagement preferences (for example, likes, reposts, replies).
- Payment Information: For paid campaigns (for example, per-task pricing at $0.05 for composition tasks or $0.03 for engagement tasks), we collect billing details through integrated payment processors. We do not store full payment card details; these are handled securely by third-party providers.
- Support and Communications: If you contact us via X/Twitter DMs, email, or in-app support, we collect your messages and contact details so that we can respond and provide support.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect anonymized or pseudonymized data on how you interact with our Services, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, time spent, and task acceptance rates. This helps us monitor performance and prevent abuse.
- Analytics and Metrics: For campaign managers, we track aggregated metrics like task delivery, impressions, engagement rates, profile visits, and follower growth.
- Location Data: We may infer approximate location from your IP address for timezone-aware scheduling in global campaigns, but we do not collect precise geolocation without your explicit consent.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Our website and app use cookies, web beacons, and similar tools for functionality, analytics, and preferences. Some cookies are essential for the Services to function and cannot be disabled.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- X/Twitter Integration: Via OAuth, we access only public or authorized profile data. We do not access private messages, direct messages, or other non-public content.
- Payment Processors: We receive transaction details from payment processors, including confirmation of payments in USD and other supported currencies.
Note: We do not collect sensitive personal information (for example, health, racial, or political data) unless you voluntarily provide it in campaign content, in which case you are responsible for ensuring such use is lawful and appropriate for your context.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to deliver our Services in a safe, efficient, and human-centric manner:
- Service Delivery: To authenticate users, assign and track tasks, schedule campaigns, and provide real-time admin panels with metrics.
- Improvement and Analytics: To analyze usage patterns, optimize scalability (up to tens of thousands of tasks), support multi-language campaigns with auto-translation, and ensure 100% human engagement without bots or spam.
- Compliance and Security: To enforce ToS adherence, detect fraud or abuse, and send gentle reminders for non-engagement.
- Communication: To notify you of tasks, updates, or support responses via X/Twitter DMs, email, or in-app notifications.
- Payments and Billing: To process pay-as-you-go transactions, record campaign spending, and generate reports and invoices.
- Legal and Safety: To comply with laws, respond to legal requests, or protect against harm to users, our platform, or others.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that significantly affects you, nor for targeted advertising.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Sharing is limited and purposeful:
- Service Providers: We work with trusted third parties who assist us, such as X/Twitter, cloud storage providers for encrypted data storage, payment processors for transactions, and analytics tools. All providers are contractually bound to protect data and use it only as instructed.
- Campaign Collaborators: Task details and metrics may be shared between managers and campaigners with explicit consent, and anonymized where possible (for example, aggregated statistics rather than full identity details, unless necessary).
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety, including cooperating with platform providers such as X/Twitter regarding ToS enforcement.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction, with notice where required.
International transfers (for example, to non-EEA countries) use GDPR-approved mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses wherever applicable to ensure an adequate level of protection.
4. Data Security
Your trust is paramount. We implement robust measures to protect your information:
- Encryption: All user data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Storage is designed to be GDPR-compliant.
- Access Controls: Role-based access helps ensure only authorized personnel or systems access necessary data. OAuth ensures we never handle your X/Twitter credentials directly.
- Human-Driven Safeguards: No automation means no bot-driven actions; all engagements require manual taps by human users, reducing risk of misuse.
- Incident Response: In case of a breach, we will notify affected users and authorities within the timeframes required by GDPR and other applicable laws.
5. Your Data Retention and Rights
We retain information only as long as necessary:
- Account Data: Kept until account deletion or up to 2 years of inactivity.
- Campaign Data: Retained for the campaign duration plus 1 year for disputes, audits, and metrics.
- Logs: Security and system logs are typically retained for about 90 days unless a longer period is required for investigations.
Your Rights (Under GDPR/CCPA and similar laws):
- Access: Request a copy of your data.
- Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request erasure of your data (subject to legal and contractual obligations).
- Objection/Restriction: Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
- Portability: Receive certain data in a structured, commonly used format and transmit it to another controller.
- Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time (this may limit some features).
To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@redcell.social. We generally respond within 30 days, subject to applicable law.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the age limit per local jurisdictions, such as 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child contrary to this policy, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may link to X/Twitter or other third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
8. Cookies and Opt-Out
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions and analytics. You can manage cookies via your browser settings and use analytics opt-out tools where available. We honor Do Not Track requests where supported by our tooling and applicable law, though some functionality may be reduced.
9. International Users and Data Control
RedCell Social is owned and operated by Gnomic Consultants LLC, which holds all Intellectual Property (IP) and ultimate control over user data. Our Services are global, but data is primarily hosted and processed using secure servers located in the US and India. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in these locations.
When transferring data from the EEA or UK, we rely on GDPR-approved mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure adequate protection of your personal information.
